Life is too short for mediocre clothes.

I feel better when I love what I’m wearing, and since my wardrobe consists of items I love, I want to have a long-term relationship with my clothes. As long-lasting, high-quality clothing is frequently expensive, I learned to shop from a variety of second-hand sources to gain access to clothing that was otherwise out of my reach. I’d rather spend $100 on a previously owned dress that retails for $500 and will last for 20 years than on a brand-new one that might give me 5 years if I’m lucky.
