Condition: Very good previously owned condition. The hem is vented on one side which makes me wonder if it wasn't perhaps modified. I've never seen a skirt from this brand with a vented hem before. But you never know.
Measurements: 14 inches across at the waist stretches comfortably to 16 inches across; 19 inches across at the hip; 21 inches across at the hem; 25 inches long with 4.5 inch side vent.
